Larissa Gergieva is Artistic Drector of the Mariinsky Academy of Young Singers, General Director of the International Rimsky-Korakovs Young Opera Singers’ Competition and the International Lisitsian Competition, Artistic Director of the International Summer Academy (Finland), Artistic Director of the Vladikavkaz Opera and Ballet Theater and a jury member of many international competitions.

She has worked as a coach at the world’s leading opera houses, among them the Metropolitan Opera, La Scala, Covent Garden, Tokyo Opera, the Salzburg Festival and opera theaters in San Francisco, Florence and Paris. Larissa Gergieva performs with renowned Mariinsky Theater singers as well as her student soloists from the Academy at venues including Carnegie Hall, La Scala, La Monnaie (Luxembourg), the Grand Theatre (Geneva), the Colon (Buenos Aires) and Wigmore Hall (London), and runs regular master classes in Russian vocals in the USA, the UK, Finland, Canada, Gemany, Italy, France and Japan.

Larissa Gergieva has received numerous prestigious awards and diplomas at international competitions.  Larissa Gergieva had been involved in the production of CDs in the UK, Germany and Russia including Philips Classics, EMI, Harmonium and Delos.
